General Hospital Klagenfurt
The project consisted of the restructuring of several pavilions and the construction of a general hospital in Klagenfurt, Austria for 1.290 beds. The new construction consisted of a medical-surgical center with day care center and patient wards as well as a technical services center that includes a central pharmacy, laboratory, central sterilization, central kitchen, central laundry and other services for several hospitals of the region. The € 314 million facility with a gross floor area of 95.000 m² (w/o parking garage & technical spaces) was completed in 2010.

General Hospital Vienna North
The new, general hospital in the north of Vienna, Austria, features 790 beds, day care centers, hotel and other facilities. The € 850 million project will be completed in 2015. Once operational, 46.000 hospital admissions, 16.000 surgical interventions and about 200.000 outpatient visits are foreseen per year. The strategic targets of Vienna North Hospital include the relocation of beds to the northeast following Vienna’s recent urban development the city’s development master plan. This is essential because areas are primarily located in the northeast.

The addition and renovation of the surgical clinics of the general hospital and medical university in Graz, Austria for 558 beds is scheduled for completion 2018. The project targets the merger of cost-intensive medical services, such as surgeries and intensive care, in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operating division.

Hospital Hietzing, Vienna
Hospital Hietzing currently holds 1000 beds in numerous historic buildings on a pavilion-like area. The project addresses this non-efficient health care delivery condition by restructuring and process optimization measures, which will result into the development of a centralized, new building, housing as many medical disciplines and support services as possible.
